Content generated by AI or shown in the app is for general informational purposes only. It is not diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. Always seek qualified professionals for decisions about your health, medications, or education plans.
Emergencies & crisis
Thera is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline (for example, in the U.S. dial 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline; in Egypt dial 16328 for the national mental health hotline, 123 for ambulance, or 122 for police). Do not rely on AI chat for crisis intervention.
AI limitations & transparency

Cancellations: follow the cancellation policy shown at booking or communicated by the therapist; Thera may display platform defaults but does not guarantee specific refund outcomes.
Payments
Payments may be completed through third-party payment links (such as InstaPay). You agree to comply with those providers’ terms. Thera does not guarantee uninterrupted payment processing.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
